Building Confidence
Building confidence takes time and practice. It seems academics, writers, and other high achievers suffer more self-doubt and “imposter syndrome” and struggle with the process. There is well-documented literature on trust in leaders as critical for the success of an organization. However, we cannot build confidence unless we trust ourselves first. Think of building confidence and self-trust as an exercise that will help you move through the world with confidence and poise.
